Les Bourdaines and Les Estagnots are the most popular Seignosse spots thanks to huge car parks, short accesses to the waves and pretty stable banks. After the destroying winter swells there’s sometimes not much going on but the smoother summerswells always get something in to shape for high surf season in autumn. Lately banks are a bit further out and more about moves than barrels. Prepare for hard paddle work with lower tide and/or if the size goes overhead. © Christina Antje Friedrich
