This is one of the rarest waves to break on the Costa do Estoril, but when a big swell hits Portugal it can turn into a regular footer`s dream with long rideable walls. Most surfers head for the more consistent peaks of Carcavelos, so Parede rarely gets crowded.

São Pedro - Bafureira
Bafureira rubs shoulders with Bico and works in similar conditions. Being a bit faster and shorter than it`s neighbour makes this wave popular with shortboarders as well. This wave sometimes works as an A-frame but be careful of the rocks if you take off to the left.
