Mellow righthander that picks up any swell from the north. Long rides that shoulder off predictably and give plenty of cutback practice for intermediates and cruisers. Best with east wind and low tide. When the Calima (east wind) pics up, windsurfers will rule the peak. Give them a couple of hours and come back in the afternoon when the wind drops: you will get a glassed out sunset session. This spot is originally a surfspot, respect and mind them!
